Try asking yourself some questions to see if it time to consider this important choice. The first and probably most important one is; Am I mentally committed to selling?? Do I even want to think about this? If so, why?
A few other questions:
- What will we do once we have sold the business?
- How will key employees and customers react?
- How will you truly feel about someone else potentially running your business?
